I've used them for years and they work. I travel internationally for work and Theives is better than anything else for keeping me healthy. Parab-gon literally saved my life after a very bad parasite acquired in Mexico. I had tried antibiotics and was even in the hospital with drips. Everyone has their own opinions, but I am so thankful that YL oils are out there for my family. PS-Abundance works for prosperity! Put on your forehead. (Or mix with joy on your heart chakra for love :) ) I love YL oils. I’ve used them for years and they work. I've been invited to a promotion of the oils by an old school friend I haven't seen for quite some time. As I own a Health supplement retail shop I get quite a lot of requests to sell products. I've read through all of the reviews here for and against on this site. I do stock a range of essential oils and they have their place for healing and health benefits, as do vitamin, minerals and herbal supplements and pharmacy medicines. I tend to like recommending products from the shop as most times they have fewer side effects than pharmaceuticals. Some customers I get are on a ridiculous amount of drugs, which are in a lot of instances making them sick. To make sure we stock products that do no harm we need to try and make sure they contain whats on the label. We have been caught out with products containing pharmacy drugs in their so called natural products, sometimes cunningly hidden in the capsule shell. Or heavy metals etc if they come from dubious origins like China. One way to identify if what you are getting is truthful is to look into who owns the company and how they market their products. I have checked on some of the claims made through newspaper reports about the founder of the company. The MLM approach this company takes is another indication as to why I won't be buying into their product or company. People must do their research thoroughly. Unfortunately a lot of MLM companies are tied to so called wonderful health curing products and they use fear and greed to suck the unwary in. And who benefits are the ones at the top of the pyramid. I ordered some oils, brand new, just opened the one called "Joy" and it smells like a cheap dollar store perfume, I intended on giving this to someone who might have benefited, but I can't get over the stinky vanilla weed like smell, and Im sure they will notice the stink as well. I just joined the St. Louis Track Club last week. I look forward to the Frost Bite walks in Forest Park this winter. My family of seven (and dogs if they could talk) can testify to the power of God's creation to heal! Young Living's lavender and frankincense healed me of keratosis (precancerous lesion on my upper chest/lower neck); it was gone after scabbing twice (about 12 days). Peppermint oil gets rid of indigestion, nausea, and diarrhea after ten minutes of rubbing it on stomach area. Our two German Shepherds had a litter of five pups. Four days after their third vaccination, at twelve 1/2 weeks old, one of the male pups came down with Parvo, a life-threatening virus. Four days later the male pup we were going to keep came down with it, and the first male died on the fifth day of illness. One girl was sold the first day the first one came down sick, and she never got it. The other girl was in the house with the sick boys for five days, then went to a friend's house for 10, then got sold; she NEVER came down with Parvo either. The clencher...we had used essential oils from YL on the two girls for various reasons, Lemongrass & Frankincense on them both, one for a small umbilical hernia, and for the other a gerd problem, possibly megaesophagus (one her I also used Ravensara for nerve regeneration to the esophagus). Five days in a house with parvo at 13 weeks of age, the puppy should have came down with it, but she did not! The doctor said they must have had a better immune system. Well yeah...because the oils boosted their immune system! Frankincense was one of the oils given to the child Jesus by the three wise men. Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh (two of the gifts that were considered most precious and valuable were oils)! Man-made medications taken just as prescribed by patients, kill 100,000 people every year (none of these people die from allergic reaction to the drug, drug combinations, or overdose, just from side effects of the drug). There have only been a handful (five) of people, worldwide, to date, that have ever died of essential oils, and perhaps those were oils that were diluted or tainted with additives that are toxic, not pure therapeutic-grade like Young Livings. Perhaps doctors and drug companies don't want to let you in on their findings because it would cut their business down to almost nothing if no one was sick and needed to go to the doctors or take prescriptions? My UC sympoms are totally gone. I feel sorry for people who are willing to put any poison a Doc. hands them in they body without any question. My brother and have been cured of pnuemonia twice with R.C., a blend of oils used for respiratory illnesses. I have had relief of chronic pain from gout and arthritis with Panaway.
